- Dealing with all problems whether Software or Hardware.
- Check all device problems.
- Make analysis of all problems and send it to the quality team.
- Fix the device in a short time with high quality.
- Register all fixing process on the system.
- Making fully test to the devices after fixing.
- Report to the manager.
