· Dispense medications accurately based on prescriptions and medical advice, providing patients with clear instructions on medication use, dosage, and potential side effects.
· Conduct thorough consultations with patients to ensure they understand their medication regimens,

· Manage daily dispensing activities, including processing medication orders, handling insurance alternatives, and ensuring the delivery of medications to patients.
· Perform double-checks with pharmacy assistant’s post-medication preparation to guarantee accuracy.
· Oversee pharmacy inventory, conducting regular audits to identify shortages and issuing medication orders to replenish stocks efficiently.
:Quality Assurance and Compliance
· Supervise the implementation of pharmacy standards and drug handling policies to maintain high-quality patient care.
