:Job Description
- Undertake short-term or long-term projects to address a variety of issues and needs
- Meet with management or appropriate staff to understand their requirements
- Use interviews, surveys etc. to collect necessary data
- Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue
- Present and explain findings to appropriate executives
- Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives
- Formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections
- Arrange for or provide training to people affected by change
- Evaluate the situation periodically and make adjustments when needed
- Replenish knowledge of industry, products and field
- SQL & PL-SQL & Jasper ireport
- Assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of FICO
- Lead multiple sized projects as team member or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analyzing requirements and translating them into effective solutions
- Prepare and conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing
- Determined on a project-by-project basis, tasks may include configuration, training, business process design, testing, customization, and others as needed
- Experience with a ERP software implementation or upgrade project is required
- QAD is will set you apart, but if you have SAP, NetSuite, EPICOR, or other ERP packages, we want to talk with you
- Candidates will come from a manufacturing, supply chain or distribution background and have extensive knowledge of operational best practices

- Material Requirements Planning
- Work Order Processing
- Inventory Control
- Lot/Serial Tracking
- Sales Order and Purchase Order Processing
- Repetitive Manufacturing Functionality
