Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Preparing and Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Understand the needs of your clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
Develop the sales strategy/sales pipeline.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development with Call centers / Outsourcing industry.
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimum guidance, be proactive, and handle.
