Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
1 .To assist with in-patient and out-patient medications prescription preparation according to the Medication management and use (MMU) Policies and Procedures.
2. To assist in Compounding Sterile Preparation (e.g. intravenous medications), and non-sterile extemporaneous preparations.
3. To assist with stock control within the pharmacy and among pharmacy locations.
4. Report any medication errors encountered through OVR system
5. To assist with the pre-packing of medication that will later be dispensed.
6. Assist in MMU inspection in different wards.
7. To perform other appropriate tasks and duties assigned within their levels of skills, abilities, and knowledge.

- المشاركة في التعبئة المسبقة للأدوية التي سيتم صرفها لاحقًا
- أداء أي مهام وواجبات أخرى مناسبة للمهارات والقدرات والمعرفة يكلف بها
Skills
1 . Prefer to have experience in compounding sterile products and knowledge of USP797 Guidelines.
2. Ability to work independently and handle stress appropriately, demonstratesleadership In the practice ofpharmacy, ability to foster a cooperative workenvironment.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectivelyWith branch departments ability to set priorities. makes critical decisions, and
responds quickly to emergency requests.
4. Experience with Microsoft office and using hospital information systems is a must
