Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Research & Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing new international suppliers for pesticides and fertilizers, initiating communication, negotiating terms, and building strong, long-term business relationships. This role requires strong research capabilities and a proactive approach to exploring new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new international suppliers for pesticides and fertilizers.
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive price quotations and favorable terms.
Conduct market research to explore new products, technologies, and sourcing opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with international suppliers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product requirements and quality standards are met.
