Legal Affairs Supervisor

Real Estate Transactions & Project Development

Lead and manage the legal due diligence process for all potential land and property acquisitions, identifying and advising on titles, encumbrances, zoning regulations, and potential legal risks.

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate agreements, including but not limited to:

Land Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs)
Joint Venture and Development Agreements
Construction Contracts, and agreements with architects, engineers, and consultants.

Oversee the legal aspects of project financing, including reviewing and negotiating loan agreements, mortgages, pledges, and other security documents.

Manage the legal framework for project sales and leasing, including drafting and standardizing templates for Reservation Forms, Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), and commercial/residential lease agreements.

Corporate & Commercial Law

Provide legal counsel on general corporate matters, including company formation, corporate governance, and compliance with corporate law.

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including agreements with suppliers, service providers, marketing agencies, and technology vendors.

Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Manage and oversee all litigation and disputes involving the company, including claims from contractors, clients, tenants, and third parties.

Develop and implement strategies for dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Prepare litigation reports for senior management, outlining risks, costs, and recommended courses of action.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance

Monitor and ensure the company’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including real estate development laws, construction codes, environmental regulations, and consumer protection laws.

Act as a key liaison with governmental and regulatory bodies, including land registries, municipal authorities, development authorities, and environmental agencies.

Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk across the organization.

Advise management on the legal and regulatory implications of proposed business strategies and new projects.
