Job Description:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber professionals aligned with the company’s values and goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create targeted job descriptions.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the architectural and real estate sectors.
- Design and execute organizational development programs focused on employee engagement, leadership development, and performance management.
- Conduct regular analysis of organizational structures and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support employee growth and organizational change initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key talent acquisition and OD metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout all recruitment and development activities.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company culture.
