Job Description:
- Wisehouse Consultancy, a UAE-based professional services firm, is seeking a Senior HR & Personnel Specialist to join its Cairo office.
- This is a hands-on role for a practical HR and personnel professional who can support the branch during its setup and growth phase. The selected candidate will play a key role in personnel administration, employee documentation, labor-law compliance, onboarding and offboarding, attendance and leave management, disciplinary support, and HR process documentation.
- The role reports directly to the CEO and is designed for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of building practical HR and personnel processes from the ground up. Recruitment support is part of the role mainly from a coordination and follow-up perspective.
