Job Description:
- Receive the production plan from the direct manager and prepare the operational plan.
- Ensure machine readiness for operation in terms of maintenance and availability of spare parts.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure product quality and receive feedback to implement corrective actions.
- Manage and monitor team performance to ensure production processes are executed according to the defined plans.
- Receive customer feedback regarding products and work on resolving their issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations for the team and provide a development plan for each member, then submit it to the direct manager.
- Verify varnish specifications and conduct viscosity and solid content tests before operation.
- Work on improving production efficiency by analyzing causes of line stoppages and discussing solutions with the team and direct manager.
