Sourcing & Attraction

Identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Wuzzuf, social media, and professional networks to build a diverse talent pool.

Screening & Assessment

Conducting thorough resume reviews, initial phone screenings, and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate fit and technical proficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partnering with department heads to define job specifications, provide regular recruitment progress reports, and align on hiring priorities.

Process Management

Managing the end-to-end recruitment workflow, including job postings, interview scheduling, background verification, and offer negotiations.

Employer Branding

Representing the organization at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms to promote the company as an employer of choice.
