Project-Based Hiring: Professional T-Shirt Graphic Designer

WE ARE HIRING: Creative Graphic Designer (Apparel & Streetwear)

The Role: We aren’t looking for someone to just “place a logo on a shirt.” We are looking for a Creative Partner who can come up with original, trend-setting designs that tell a story. If you have a unique visual style and understand the “vibe” of modern apparel, we want to talk to you.

What we are looking for:

• Creative Vision: Someone who can come up with a rough idea and turn it into a high-end graphic.
• Trend Awareness: You know what’s “in” right now in streetwear and fashion.
• Artistic Versatility: Whether it’s bold typography, vintage illustrations, or minimalist aesthetics.
• Technical Excellence: Mastery of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (Vector art is a must).
• Print-Ready Mindset: You know how to prepare files so the final print looks exactly like the mockup.

Requirements:

• A strong Portfolio (Behance/Instagram) showing original apparel designs.
• Experience with different printing techniques (DTF, Screen Printing, etc.).
• Ability to think outside the box and push the brand’s visual identity.
