Timezone Requirement: Minimum 10 hours of “Desk Time” per week, overlapping with AST (Atlantic Standard Time) for strategic coordination with Trinidad & Tobago-based leadership.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-caliber, young developer to join our team as a core technical engine. This is a long-term professional role focused on building limited-deployment agentic business systems for very niche micro-markets. You will work under the supervision of our Technical Lead to develop, deploy, and maintain a suite of agentic deployments, full-stack Micro-SaaS products, and internal projects.

The Profile: “AI-Native Professional”

We are looking for a developer who is aligned with operating as part of a high-performance, English-speaking corporate team. You should be someone who doesn’t just “write code,” but understands how to use AI to solve complex business problems at 10x speed.

Key Requirements

Exceptional English: Outstanding spoken and written English is mandatory. You must be able to document work clearly and communicate complex technical concepts in a corporate setting.

Corporate Mindset: You are disciplined, self-directed, and understand the importance of reliability, reporting, and consistent “Desk Time” presence.

AI-First Workflow: Expert-level orchestration of AI agents (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.). We value the result over the manual hours spent.

Technical Breadth: Proficiency in modern stacks (React/Next.js, Python, Supabase) and a deep interest in Agentic AI and ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

Deployment & Maintenance: Orchestrate and manage autonomous AI agents for internal operations and external client-facing stacks.

High-Leverage Execution: Build out architectures supporting operations in Insurance, Law, Fiduciary work, and Auditing.

Collaboration: Participate in 10 hours of weekly “Desk Time” for sprint planning, live debugging, and coordination.

The Deal

Starting Salary: $500 USD per month (Contractual).

Performance Culture: We offer a high-trust environment. Delivery of agreed outcomes is the key consideration.

Payment Security: Monthly salary is lodged in advance via Escrow and released upon achievement of monthly milestones and verified performance.
