Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview: 

This is an execution-focused operations role at a growing, American company. You will manage logistics, coordinate across teams, and keep things moving. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and responsive who takes ownership and follows through.

Key Responsibilities: 

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for moving services
• Communicate with vendors and shipping partners (UPS, etc.)
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and provide clear updates internally and to customers

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare invoices, update order notes, and manage internal documentation
• Maintain accurate, organized records
• Support billing, bookkeeping, and accounts payable/receivable

Internal Communication

• Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, and Finance teams
• Keep projects on track and communication clear across teams
• Be highly responsive and keep information flowing

Cost Control and Vendor Management

• Source vendors, collect bids, and select the best option
• Own decisions through execution and follow-through

Customer Support

• Step in to resolve customer issues when needed
• Understand custom problems, coordinate internally, and follow through to resolution
• Ensure a strong customer experience and take pride in delighting customers
