Job Description:
A. Key Payment Milestone Management
– Comprehensive Key Payment Milestone(KPM) management.
– Planning and managing of KPM accomplishment(goal management).
– Facilitate schedule management on KPM (including sub works in milestone)
– Assist in managing pending and closed KPM status tracking
– Assist in managing KPM punch lists (including any works related with KPM)
– Assist in managing preparation of various documents to work handover and follow up work(handover, etc.)
– Assist in managing preparation of as-built documents package
– Participating in meeting (milestone closing, etc.)
– Support to resolve construction issue by the customer’s feedback
B. Others
– Support other instructions from manager (including workdown, participating in meeting, making meeting materials and consolidating documents and so on)
