Russian HSE Engineer

1. Response to the Customer and Support Tasks for Relevant Organizations

 • Communication (reporting and meeting support) with Russian organizations(the Customer and Russian subcontractors, etc.) 

 • Coordination of key HSE-related matters during the Customer meetings

 • Support for internal and external HSE audits from the Customer

2. On-site Inspection and Safety Management

 • Conduct daily on-site inspections

  – Perform inspections in confined/hazardous areas

  – Conduct fire prevention inspections

  – Conduct joint inspections for assigned areas

  – Prepare reports on corrective actions for on-site nonconformities

  – Perform environmental inspections, manage hazardous conditions, etc.

 • Manage corrective actions for safety nonconformities and supervise corrective actions

 • Assist with preparing accident investigation reports

 • Support the Customer’s safety inspections

 • Distribute and manage personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety items, manage inventory, and support the local purchase of safety supplies.

 • Inspect safety facilities

 • Participate in major work PJB and work

3. Work Permit and Risk Assessment Management

 • Manage the PTW status 

 • Review and manage Risk Assessments

4. Safety and Health Training

 • Conduct HSE training for KHNP staff and subcontractor employees

 • Implement regular and special HSE training, and prepare for lectures

5. Disaster Safety Management

 • Conduct and support emergency response drill

 • Act as a First Aider and respond to on-site incidents
