Staff Nurse – Out Patient Department(AHS)

Ajman, United Arab EmiratesJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient Department team. The role involves providing direct patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and ensuring a safe and patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of clinical competence, compassion, and commitment to quality care across various outpatient clinical services.ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care based on clinical assessment, implementation, and evaluation.Monitor patient progress, document care accurately, and report any significant changes.Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to support patient treatment plans.Provide patient and family education on conditions, medications, and post-care instructions.Perform age-appropriate nursing interventions using standard precautions.Ensure infection control practices are followed according to hospital protocols.Maintain and check emergency equipment and supplies as per schedule.Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and safety audits.Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and reporting systems.Be flexible to support cross-functional tasks and assist in other departments when required.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Valid and active nursing license recognized by MOH/UAE authorities.Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.Valid BLS certification.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in clinical documentation and use of healthcare information systems.Knowledge of patient safety, infection control, and quality standards in healthcare.Willingness to work collaboratively and rotate within departments when necessary.Job InfoJob Identification 1133 Posting Date 03/10/2026, 06:57 AM Apply Before 03/31/2026, 06:57 AM Degree Level Bachelors Degree Locations Ajman, United Arab Emirates Similar Jobs
