High-Velocity Acquisitions Manager (Closers Only)

We are seeking an elite, high-intensity Acquisitions Manager to join our fast-paced real estate investment team. We do not need “rapport builders” or casual conversationalists; we need authoritative professionals who can take live transfers from high-intent PPC/PPL leads and anchor a deal within the first five minutes.

Our top performers currently close multiple deals per month with average spreads ranging from $25,000 to $32,000+. If you are fast, obsessively organized, and have zero tolerance for making excuses, this is your seat.

Compensation & Performance Standards

Pay: Base ($7.00 – $8.00/hr) + 2% – 5% Commission on Spreads.

Benchmark: Proven consistency in securing $25k+ spreads.

The Expectations

Immediate Velocity: You are expected to hit the ground running. Our top-tier producers get contracts signed in their first 2 weeks.

Extreme Urgency: Leads are perishable. You must be ready to take live transfers instantly. We have zero tolerance for being unavailable or “on break” when a high-intent lead is on the line.

Postured Authority: You must lead the seller. If you spend your time “laughing and being friends” instead of solving the seller’s problem and anchoring the price, you will not succeed here.

Precision Comping: You must be an expert at running comparables and determining property values to conduct a professional offer on the spot.

Process Discipline: You must follow directions to the letter and never deviate from our proven sales process.

CRM Mastery: 100% accurate and immediate documentation in the CRM is non-negotiable.

Candidate Requirements

Total Focus: This is a high-bandwidth role. If you have a side hustle or are launching another business, do not apply. We require 100% of your mental real estate.

Language: Must speak fluent English. ( Little to no accent ) 

Proven Track Record: Must demonstrate a history of handling high-intent leads and closing significant spreads.

Resilience: Ability to thrive in a high-volume rejection environment without losing your “closer” posture.

Communication Mastery: You must be disciplined enough to stay top-of-mind through a strict follow-up process, as most revenue is generated between the 5th and 10th touchpoints.

The Trial Period

All new hires undergo a performance evaluation period training alongside our top producers. If you cannot match the velocity and authority standards of our playbook within this window, you will be phased out to make room for a higher performer.
