Job Description:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather input and update project plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, including schedule updates and forecasts, to project stakeholders.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and effective allocation.
- Assist in the development of work breakdown structures (WBS) and project milestones.
- Support project managers in planning, budgeting, and resource management activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops to review schedules, resolve issues, and drive project success.
