Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations including air, sea, and land shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Handle freight quotations, rate negotiations, and cost optimization with carriers.
- Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, or operational problems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records in the freight management or ERP system.
- Support junior team members and assist in improving operational processes.
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and agents worldwide.
