Product Designer

Core Responsibilities
 

• User Research: Assist in conducting user interviews, competitive analysis, and gathering feedback to identify user needs and pain points.
• Ideation & Wireframing: Create low-fidelity sketches, user flows, and wireframes to map out product features and solutions.
• Prototyping: Develop interactive, high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma 
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Design System Maintenance: Help update and maintain UI libraries and design systems to ensure consistency across the product.
• Feedback Iteration: Participate in design critiques, defend design decisions, and iterate on work based on team and user feedback. 

   

Required Skills & Qualifications
 

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), UX, or a related field.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard software, most notably Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or Sketch.
• Portfolio: A mandatory digital portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving, and visual execution.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, a “problem-first” mindset, curiosity, and the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
