Job Description:
- Conduct outbound Tele sales calls to prospective clients, introducing and promoting Odoo ERP solutions.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.
- Present product features, benefits, and value propositions tailored to client requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual product demonstrations with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on Odoo ERP features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential product enhancements.
