Sales & Tender Representative

Facility Management (FM) sector. This role is pivotal in identifying business opportunities, managing tenders, and securing contracts by collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities include:
– Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the FM sector
– Searching, preparing, and submitting tenders and RFQs through client portals
– Coordinating with technical and operations teams for pricing and proposals
– Preparing commercial offers, presentations, and bid documentation
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and FM decision-makers
– Following up on submitted tenders and negotiating contract terms
– Maintaining an updated sales pipeline and tender tracking reports

Qualifications & Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
– 3–5 years of experience in FM sales and tendering
– Strong knowledge of tendering processes and contract negotiations
– Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
– Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
