Job Description:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and department heads.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate employment terms, and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
