Job Description:
- Product Integrity: Ensure products are free from damage or contamination during storage and handling.
- Cold Chain Management: Oversee temperature-controlled storage and transportation for sensitive products like vaccines and biologics.
- Recall Coordination: Manage the recall process effectively if a product is deemed unsafe.
- Adherence to Storage Standards: Ensure storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity) meet pharmaceutical guidelines (NFSA, GDP,etc..).
- Documentation and Auditing: Maintain and verify records for regulatory audits, including Good Distribution Practice (GDP) certifications.
- Controlled Substances Management: Oversee secure storage and distribution of controlled drugs according to legal requirements.
- Staff Training: Train warehouse staff on handling pharmaceuticals, including, Quality, safety, Ops, and compliance protocols.
- Team Supervision: Oversee operations to ensure tasks are performed in compliance with healthcare standards.
