Job DescriptionJob Title: Specialist – Target GenerationLocation: Saudi ArabiaDepartment: Exploration & Resource Development (Geoscience & Innovation)Position Type: RegularGrade: M9About The RoleWe are looking for a Specialist – Target Generation to join our Exploration Geosciences team. This role is critical in identifying and developing mineral exploration targets through advanced geological data analysis, modeling, and integration of geoscientific datasets. You will contribute to building a robust exploration pipeline by applying mineral systems thinking and leveraging geospatial tools.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop geological models and workflows for target generation.Compile and interpret geophysical, geochemical, and geological datasets.Support ranking and prioritization of exploration targets.Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal reviews.Maintain and update target databases and GIS layers.Collaborate with geologists and data analysts to refine targeting strategies.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in exploration planning.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or related field (Postgraduate studies or certifications in mineral exploration are a plus).3–5 years of experience in mineral exploration or geoscience data analysis, preferably with exposure to target generation.Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in GIS and 3D modeling software (ArcGIS, Leapfrog).Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.Familiarity with mineral systems and exploration workflows.Effective communication and reporting abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.Why Join Us?Be part of a team driving innovation in mineral exploration.Work on projects that shape the future of mining in Saudi Arabia.
