Role Overview: The Elementary Teacher will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment for our students. Key responsibilities include: Developing and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the US curriculum standards. Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and enthusiasm. Employing diverse teaching methodologies to cater to varied learning styles and abilities. Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to promote growth. Collaborating with colleagues and school leadership to ensure student success. Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Qualifications: We seek a passionate and dedicated educator with a strong commitment to student development. Ideal candidates will possess the following: A Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a relevant teaching certification. A minimum of two (2) years of experience teaching elementary-aged students within a US/Canadian curriculum. Demonstrated ability to create engaging and dynamic lessons that cater to diverse learners. Proven classroom management skills to ensure a safe and productive learning environment. Sensitivity to local customs and traditions, with the ability to adapt teaching strategies to an ESL setting.
