Factory Manager

– Having extensive experience in implementing the food safety Authority requirements.

– Developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the efficiency of food production operations while ensuring compliance with food safety standards. 

– training of new factory workers in line with food manufacturing requirements. 

– Collaborating closely with the quality assurance team to establish and enforce strict food quality and safety control systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP, Food Safety Authority). 

– Ensuring that all production equipment is well-maintained and sanitized regularly to prevent contamination and operational disruptions. 

– Analyzing production data to quickly identify and resolve any issues that may affect food quality or production efficiency. 

– Preparing detailed production and maintenance  reports and presenting them to management for informed decision-making. 

– Conducting regular inspections of finished food products to ensure they meet established quality, safety, and shelf-life standards. 

– Leading preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce equipment failure and extend machinery lifespan. 

– Collaborating with the maintenance team to schedule regular inspections and implement improvements.

– Motivating and guiding factory teams to consistently meet production targets while maintaining high levels of hygiene and product integrity.
