Job Description:**Job Summary:**

The organization is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive SAP Coordinator to facilitate the implementation and ongoing administration of the SAP system. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, SAP consultants, and the implementation team. This position is critical to ensuring a seamless transition to SAP through the coordination of project activities, support of data migration, maintenance of documentation, and provision of end-user assistance throughout the implementation lifecycle and post go-live.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate all SAP implementation activities across departments to ensure alignment with overarching project timelines.
* Serve as the primary communication interface between internal stakeholders and the SAP implementation partner.
* Gather, validate, and prepare master data for migration to the SAP system.
* Assist in mapping existing business processes and workflows to relevant SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, HR, etc.).
* Contribute to the preparation of functional requirements, documentation, and system configuration feedback.
* Organize and participate in workshops, training sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Track and monitor project progress, issues, risks, and deliverables; provide regular status updates to management.
* Maintain comprehensive SAP documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), flowcharts, training materials, and process manuals.
* Monitor system-related issues and ensure their timely resolution in collaboration with consultants.
* Provide SAP support to end-users during the go-live phase and the post-implementation stabilization period.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
