Job Description:
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Support the procurement team in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to clarify requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update supplier databases.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock replenishment processes.
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders and deliveries.
- Prepare regular procurement reports and assist in data analysis for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the procurement process.
- Participate in supplier performance evaluations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
