Hyundai Lighting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator/Customer Relationship Specialist with a background in the lighting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing post-sale customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support in the preparation of project tenders, material submittals, and datasheets. This role also entails assisting the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks to optimize the sales process and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of sales quotations, processing of sales orders, and maintenance of accurate documentation.
* Coordination with logistics, finance, and warehouse departments to facilitate seamless order processing and timely delivery.
* Management and maintenance of customer records, sales data, and communication history within CRM/ERP systems.
* Tracking of open quotations and proactive follow-up with clients to secure sales.
* Generation of regular reports on sales performance and customer service for management review.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
* Management of service requests and warranty claims, and coordination with technical teams to achieve efficient resolutions.
* Following up with customers to provide updates on services, product replacements, and issue resolution.
* Collection and documentation of customer feedback to improve service quality and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Cultivation and maintenance of long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
