Job Description:**Responsibilities:**

The incumbent will be responsible for the following key functions:

1. **Social Media Management:**
* Monitor and respond to messages and comments on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) in a timely and professional manner.
* Address service inquiries and route qualified leads to the sales department.
* Document customer interactions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, contingent upon pre-existing lead records.

2. **Online Reputation and Network Management:**
* Monitor online reviews and relevant Facebook groups.
* Curate and disseminate pertinent content through communication channels, including WhatsApp and Telegram groups.
* Facilitate positive word-of-mouth marketing initiatives through active participation within community platforms.
* Augment the company’s online presence by establishing supplementary social media accounts to enhance support and engagement.
* Administer company-owned groups and allocate potential leads derived therefrom to the sales team.

3. **Lead Distribution:**
* Consolidate and organize leads from diverse sources (e.g., website, marketing campaigns, social media) and meticulously document them in a centralized repository accessible to the department manager for streamlined reporting purposes.
* Distribute leads equitably among the sales team, predicated on individual qualifications, commitment, and attainment of target objectives.
* Monitor lead quality and furnish regular reports encompassing conversion rates and statuses, disseminating such reports to the marketing team in coordination with the manager.

4. **Reporting and Performance Analysis:**
* Generate periodic reports pertaining to lead performance and quality, encompassing high-performing sources and conversion rates.
* Disseminate comprehensive insights to the marketing team to facilitate the refinement of campaign strategies.
* Conduct daily and weekly performance analyses of the sales team, providing individualized reports.
* Track sales targets and support performance enhancement through data analysis and actionable recommendations.

5. **Digital Campaign Management:**
* Support the optimization of advertising strategies based on lead data, sales team feedback, and performance insights.

6. **Interdepartmental Coordination:**
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the quality of follow-up procedures and identify areas for improvement.
* Work closely with the marketing team to enhance lead targeting and customer acquisition strategies.
* Coordinate with the customer service team to address and resolve negative feedback or reviews.

Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales administration, social media management, or CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is an advantage.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
