Job Description:The candidate will be responsible for the development of innovative and functional interior design concepts derived from client briefs and spatial analyses; generation of detailed architectural plans, elevations, furniture arrangements, and material specifications; production of photorealistic three-dimensional renderings that accurately convey mood, lighting, texture, and ambiance; preparation of mood boards, conceptual presentations, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) specifications for client approval; modification and revision of three-dimensional models and design proposals based on feedback from both clients and internal review processes; close collaboration with the creative director, architects, and virtual reality team to ensure visual coherence across all media; maintenance of current awareness of global design trends, materials, and rendering methodologies; organization and archiving of project documentation, material libraries, and reference materials for current and future applications; active participation in design meetings and contribution of original and strategic insights to brainstorming sessions; ensuring design compliance with established project budgets, timelines, and brand aesthetics; translation of abstract concepts into persuasive visual narratives for real estate clients and investors; and concurrent management of multiple projects at various stages of development, while maintaining quality and adhering to deadlines.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in interior design and 3D visualization.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design work and 3D renderings.
- Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, color, lighting, and spatial awareness.
- Understanding of construction details and documentation is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
