تعلن شركة Top Edu، وهي شركة استشارية وتعليمية رائدة في مجال التدريب والترجمة، ومقرها في القاهرة والإسكندرية وأبوظبي، عن حاجتها إلى موظفين للانضمام إلى قسم المبيعات لديها، على أن يتمتعوا بمهارات بيعية عالية والتواصل الفعال مع العملاء الجدد. تتضمن مسؤوليات الوظيفة ما يلي:
* الخضوع لبرنامج تدريبي مدفوع الأجر خلال الشهر الأول.
* ترويج البرامج التعليمية المختلفة التي تقدمها الشركة.
* تقديم الاستشارات للعملاء بهدف فهم احتياجاتهم ومساعدتهم في اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة.
* الإجابة عن استفسارات العملاء حول المنتجات والخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة.
* طرح الأسئلة على العملاء لفهم متطلباتهم وإتمام عمليات البيع بنجاح.
* توجيه العملاء المحتملين إلى مجموعة المبيعات الميداني عند الحاجة.
* إدخال وتحديث بيانات العملاء في قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بالشركة.
Skills:
This role will best fit candidates who are:
- Enjoy meeting new people and speaking with them.
- Multitasking, excellent command of the English language, and punctuality are a must.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel – Word).
- Highly motivated & fast learner.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to details.
- Proven experience as a tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
