**Position: Fleet Sales Executive**

**Summary:**

The Fleet Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets established by Sales Management through the proactive sale of vehicles to key fleet accounts. This encompasses cultivating and maintaining robust client relationships, coordinating sales team activities, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. The role involves rigorous analysis of sales data to identify growth opportunities and collaborating effectively with internal departments to fulfill client requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

**Sales:**

* Cultivate and maintain positive and productive relationships with key client accounts, addressing inquiries and needs in a prompt and professional manner.
* Generate sales to maximize profitability in accordance with established annual sales targets.
* Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
* Ensure the attainment or exceeding of specific performance standards as defined by the Sales General Manager, particularly in the area of sales targets.
* Maintain regular communication with the Marketing function and corporate sales counterparts in other divisions to leverage their resources for key account sales.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and relevant sales methodologies to ensure effective execution of sales responsibilities.
* Investigate and capture expansion opportunities through diligent monitoring of market trends and the development of strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
* Facilitate and resolve any outstanding issues to optimize the flow of future sales opportunities within the designated region.
* Communicate with international companies to establish and foster strong business relationships.

**Customer Relations:**

* Establish and nurture relationships with key clients to generate inquiries and interest in fleet purchases.
* Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Consult with customers regarding provided services to ensure optimal utilization and to foster their inclusion in future client service engagements.
* Maintain harmonious relationships with corporate clients and proactively follow up on amicable resolutions in cases of extraordinary complaints or service-related issues.

**Reporting:**

* Adhere to established procedures for reporting on performance, budgets, and other reports as required periodically by the National Fleet & Sub-dealer Sales department.
