**Media Buyer**
**Summary:** The organization seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Media Buyer to oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical acumen, a performance-driven mindset, and demonstrable experience in media buying on channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok. This individual will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop strategies that effectively drive traffic, conversions, and return on investment.
**Responsibilities:**
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across diverse platforms including, but not limited to, Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok.
* Conduct thorough audience research and competitor analysis to inform targeting and bidding strategies.
* Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-performing ad creatives designed to maximize conversions.
* Monitor daily performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign results.
* Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, target audiences, and ad placements to enhance performance.
* Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment.
* Generate comprehensive performance reports and disseminate key insights to the team on a regular basis.
* Maintain a current understanding of emerging trends, tools, and best practices within the field of digital advertising.
**Qualifications:**
* Demonstrable experience as a Media Buyer or Digital Advertising Specialist (minimum 2 years preferred).
* Comprehensive knowledge of platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
* Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency with performance reporting tools.
* Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and associated budgets concurrently.
* Familiarity with conversion tracking methodologies, pixels, and tag management tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
