يتولى رئيس مجموعة الإنشاءات الرقمية واجب قيادة وتنسيق إجراء تقنيات وعمليات الإنشاءات الرقمية في جميع المشاريع. تشمل مهام هذا المنصب الإشراف على مجموعة من المتخصصين لضمان التنفيذ الفعال لتدقيق نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM)، وإدارة المشاريع الرقمية، وضوابط المشروع، وإدارة البيانات، والتقاط الواقع، وتحليل فجوات التكيف الرقمي، والتوافق التشغيلي الحيوي مع الوظائف المؤسسية والمالية، بالإضافة إلى نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) الخاص بالشركة. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بمهارات قيادية قوية وفهم عميق لتقنيات الإنشاءات الرقمية، بالإضافة إلى سجل حافل في قيادة مبادرات التحول الرقمي.

  • Team Leadership and Coordination:
    • Lead and mentor a team of digital construction specialists.

  • BIM Audit:
    • Oversee the execution of BIM audits, ensuring quality and compliance.
    • Develop and maintain BIM audit protocols and standards.
    • Coordinate with project teams to address BIM-related issues.
  • Digital Project Management:
    • Implement and manage digital project management platforms and tools.
    • Ensure effective utilization of digital tools for project collaboration and communication.
    • Monitor project progress and performance using digital dashboards.
  • Digital Project Controls:
    • Establish and manage digital project control systems for cost, schedule, and progress tracking.
    • Analyze project data and generate accurate forecasts.
    • Develop and implement digital project control reports.
  • Project Data Management:
    • Implement and maintain a centralized project data repository.
    • Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
    • Utilize data analytics to improve project performance.
  • Reality Capture:
    • Oversee the application of reality capture technologies.
    • Manage the processing and integration of reality capture data.
  • Construction Digital Adaptation Gap Analysis:
    • Lead assessments of current digital capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement digital transformation roadmaps.
    • Evaluate and recommend new digital technology.
  • Data Interoperability with Corporate and Financial Functions:
    • Establish and manage data interoperability between project data and corporate/financial systems.
    • Ensure seamless data flow for reporting and analysis.
    • Work with financial and corporate personel to align data needs.
  • Process Interoperability with ERP:
    • Integrate digital construction processes with the company’s ERP system.
    • Optimize workflows and improve efficiency through ERP integration.
    • Work with the ERP team to ensure smooth data transfer.
