Oversee and manage all aspects of sales team performance and strategy. Responsibilities include: Establishing and communicating clear performance expectations, goals, and objectives for the sales team; collaborating with senior management in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals; formulating and executing monthly plans to maximize conversion rates from received data; translating sales strategies into actionable plans and targets for the sales team; leading and motivating sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets; providing guidance and support in prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure; actively participating in the selling of products and services to maximize sales revenue; ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales data, call quality, achieved targets, and overall performance; maintaining oversight of the team’s sales pipeline, ensuring accurate stage reporting and CRM feedback; monitoring sales activities, pipeline progression, and progress towards established targets; monitoring call quality to improve sales performance through targeted coaching initiatives; conducting daily monitoring and evaluation of sales performance through key activities; performing regular performance evaluations, including call quality assessments, and providing constructive feedback for improvement; effectively communicating sales goals, targets, and performance expectations to the team to ensure alignment and clarity; facilitating regular team meetings to foster the sharing of best practices and knowledge; continuously evaluating and improving the sales process and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness; identifying and resolving bottlenecks, challenges, and areas for improvement in the sales process; providing feedback and insights from field operations to enhance marketing strategies, product offerings, and sales enablement initiatives; maintaining current knowledge of industry best practices, sales trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement; providing coaching, mentorship, and ongoing development to enhance the sales team’s skills and overall performance.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  •  3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC market.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or team management role, preferably in Education, Fintech, Health care or a related industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
