**”يتولى شاغل الوظيفة المسؤوليات التالية: التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة في مجالات تنظيم المشاريع، والإنشاء، والتجهيز، والتشغيل لبلوغ أهداف أنشطة العقود الفرعية وفقًا للجدول الزمني المحدد؛ تقديم التوجيهات الوظيفية المتعلقة بإدارة العقود للمجموعات المعنية داخل المؤسسة؛ التعاون مع قسم التحكم في المشاريع لمراقبة تكاليف العقود الفرعية ورفع التقارير الدورية بشأنها، مع إبلاغ مجموعة الإدارة في الموقع بالاتجاهات الملحوظة واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة؛ تقديم الدروس المستفادة حول جودة تنفيذ مدير العقود المؤسسية؛ إيصال المستجدات والقضايا والمواضيع الهامة المتعلقة بإدارة العقود إلى الموظفين الميدانيين من خلال نشرات دورية؛ تنظيم التغييرات في العقود الفرعية بما يتوافق مع سياسات الشركة؛ إجراء مراجعات للعمليات الميدانية لتقييم فعالية برنامج تنظيم العقود الميدانية بشكل عام؛ وتحمل المسؤولية عن ضمان الامتثال التجاري للمقاولين من الباطن في جميع الأنشطة والمعاملات التجارية.”**
Skills:
- Degree in Construction Management, Business, Law, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
- Experience and courses in contract law, Subcontract formation, administration, claims, cost, and scheduling.
- Technical and administrative knowledge of all phases of Fixed Price, Unit Price, and Cost Reimbursable contract management.
- Thorough knowledge of field and home office activities relating to contract documents.
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Skill in working and communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with other project functional groups such as Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Legal, and Accounting, as well as with contractors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, professional and proactive approach to mitigation of contract administration challenges and inherent business risks.
- Knowledge of negotiations, accounting, or cost engineering gained through education or experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of the project functional groups and company policies, procedures, and work practices, as well as associated software systems.
- Experience with and knowledge of Field Supply Chain operations particularly about Supply Chain operations at temporary operating and job site locations, including Construction execution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the EPC industry and supply chain. Possesses extensive knowledge of Subcontract management functions and work experience of a progressively responsible nature.
- Receives direction and guidance from management to ensure the consistent application of standards and procedures on all job sites.
- Requests appropriate support when required.
