**Position Summary:** The Project Manager is accountable for the leadership and execution of strategic and operational projects across the organization. This position necessitates close collaboration with internal departments, including Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology, as well as external stakeholders and technology vendors. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of financial services, stock exchanges, with particular emphasis on the Kuwait Stock Exchange, and financial technology (FinTech) product environments. A robust technical aptitude, coupled with the capacity to elicit and translate requirements between stakeholders and technical teams, is paramount.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

* Direct and manage the complete lifecycle of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and established timelines.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Technology, Compliance, Finance, et al.) to define project scopes, deliverables, and interdependencies.
* Coordinate with external vendors and technology providers concerning system integrations, platform enhancements, and service deployments.
* Elicit and translate business requirements into precise technical specifications, thereby facilitating effective communication between non-technical stakeholders and technology teams.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, risk registers, and documentation throughout the duration of each project.
* Monitor progress and maintain accountability, conducting regular status meetings and generating progress reports for senior management.
* Support the onboarding and implementation of new systems, processes, or market entry projects, particularly those requiring engagement with local stock exchanges and investment platforms.
* Ensure all project activities adhere to Capital Markets Authority (CMA) regulations and internal compliance standards.
* Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues that may potentially impact project timelines or deliverables.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes, document lessons learned, and inform future initiatives.
