We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Media Buyer to spearhead our media buying initiatives within a dynamic startup environment. * Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and implement data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between paid media efforts and overarching brand and growth objectives.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key media partners and vendors.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive advantage.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in media buying, preferably within a digital marketing or e-commerce context.
* Demonstrated expertise in paid advertising platforms and associated best practices.
* Proven track record of successfully managing paid campaigns and achieving measurable results.
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies, budget management, and performance analysis.
* Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving responsibilities.
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a small, agile team.
