Job Description:**Job Title: Human Resources Specialist – Recruitment & Organizational Development**
**Responsibilities:**
This position is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of human resources functions, with a specific focus on recruitment and organizational development initiatives.
**Recruitment:**
* Maintain meticulous organization of all recruitment-related documentation, files, and records.
* Generate comprehensive recruitment reports and metrics for managerial review and strategic planning.
* Serve as a primary point of contact and coordinator with external recruitment agencies and online job boards.
* Ensure strict adherence to company policies and relevant labor laws throughout all recruitment processes.
* Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a robust database of potential candidates for future hiring opportunities.
* Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies designed to attract highly qualified talent to the organization.
* Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job posting creation, candidate sourcing, application screening, interview administration, and onboarding procedures.
* Collaborate closely with department heads to ascertain staffing requirements and formulate precise job descriptions.
* Leverage diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to proactively identify suitable candidates.
* Oversee pre-employment assessments, background investigations, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability.
* Cultivate and sustain a strong candidate pipeline to address both current and anticipated hiring needs.
* Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics, providing detailed reports to management for performance assessment and strategic adjustments.
**Organizational Development (OD):**
* Design and implement targeted organizational development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and bolster employee engagement.
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training and development programs to address identified skill gaps and cultivate leadership capabilities within the workforce.
* Provide crucial support for change management processes by identifying areas for improvement and spearheading initiatives to effect positive organizational change.
* Administer employee surveys, analyze survey data, and formulate actionable strategies to enhance employee morale and overall productivity.
* Partner with leadership to design, implement, and refine performance management systems that promote employee growth and accountability.
* Facilitate engaging team-building activities to foster enhanced collaboration, communication, and overall team cohesion.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of current organizational development best practices, recommending innovative strategies to promote continuous improvement and organizational growth.
Skills:
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and organizational development.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and implementing OD initiatives.
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of organizational development theories and best practices.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
