The organization seeks a seasoned Project Manager to direct and administer tourism and hospitality development initiatives, encompassing hotels, resorts, entertainment venues, and related touristic investments. The selected candidate will assume responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of projects that adhere to investment objectives, while simultaneously maintaining quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Formulate project plans, schedules, and budgets for hospitality and tourism-related developments.
Supervise all phases of construction and development, from initial feasibility assessments to project finalization.
Collaborate with investors, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
Maintain adherence to hospitality regulations, environmental legislation, and safety protocols.
Monitor project advancement, control expenditures, and modify timelines as required.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget discrepancies.
Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to inform investment decisions.
Manage procurement processes and contracts for construction materials, interior design elements, and operational requirements.
Liaise with hotel operators and tourism authorities to facilitate a seamless project transition.
Ensure the final project exemplifies the highest standards of quality, guest experience, and sustainability.
