**Job Title:** Remote Social Media Account Coordinator
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Account Coordinator to manage and support remotely our clients’ social media accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and analyzing account performance across various platforms. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and audiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and coordinate multiple client social media accounts.
* Plan, schedule, and publish content on platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure the production of high-quality, engaging content.
* Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inform strategic recommendations.
* Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries to foster engagement and build relationships.
* Track and analyze performance metrics to generate weekly and monthly reports.
* Assist in the development of social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
* Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and branding across all social media channels.
* Communicate effectively with clients in English, both verbally and in writing.

* Demonstrated experience in social media management or coordination.
* Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
* Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Arabic is desirable.
* Creativity and attention to detail in content planning and execution.
* Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts remotely.
* Fundamental understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
* Fluency in English is required for communication with clients and international audiences.
