Job Description:
- Oversee and schedule the pharmacist call center team to ensure 24/7 customer service.
- Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
- Hire and onboard new employees
- Manage customer inquiries related to medications, OTC products, and medical services.
- Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback
- Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
- Measure performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, call waiting etc.
- Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is a must.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role/pharmacy chain
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in team leadership and performance monitoring is a plus.
