Job Description:
future Gate is a leading educational consultancy, training, and studying abroad agency.

We target talented people who are ready to join our sales department and contact our new candidates. 
This job requires sales skills, and:
– During the first month, you will work and get training at the same time (paid training).
– Selling education programs.
– Consult customers to understand their needs and empower them to make the best decision.
– Answer questions about products or the company.
– Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Job Requirements:

This role will best fit candidates who are: 
– Enjoy meeting new people and speaking with them.
– Multitasking, excellent command of English language, and punctuality are a must.
– Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Expert with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel – Word).
– Highly motivated & fast learner.
– Proven experience as a tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
– Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone.
– Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
– Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
– Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
– Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
