Job Description:**Option 1 (Focus on Responsibilities and Oversight):**
Manage and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance operations, encompassing receipt, inspection, fault diagnosis, repair authorization, quality control, and personnel training. This includes, but is not limited to: receiving and inspecting vehicles; collaborating with technicians to diagnose malfunctions; determining root causes and recommending repair procedures; allocating tasks based on technician expertise; prioritizing repairs according to urgency, with emphasis on customer service vehicles; verifying the quality of materials; authorizing spare parts issuance; monitoring inventory and product expiration; ensuring adherence to repair procedures; inspecting completed repairs; analyzing fault causes; training technicians; maintaining interdepartmental communication; contributing to strategic objectives; minimizing customer complaints; controlling maintenance expenditures; and overseeing preventive maintenance compliance.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years in the same position or in similar roles.
- Proficiency in using computers for reporting and preparing presentations, with strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Arabic is essential, and a good command of the English language is also required.
