Job Description:
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term forecasts based on historical data, trends, and business inputs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules to meet service level and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with Operations and Team Leaders to manage unexpected changes in volume.
- Monitor real-time queue performance and agent adherence to schedules.
- Adjust staffing and breaks in real-time to maintain service levels.
- Analyze performance data and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Generate and share daily and weekly performance and staffing reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, company policies, and best practices.
