On behalf of our client, who are a well established oil and gas company, we are looking for a technically experienced Testing and Production Services Manager to be based in Lagos, Nigeria.

You will be tasked with providing technical integrity maintenance for production solutions and services, with a focus on well testing, early production facilities, pumping services, sand management, produced water management; along with offering job design support, well operations input, technical guidance, training, post job analysis to customers and budget ownership.

Required Profile:

20+ years experience in Oil & Gas

Expertise in well testing and early production facilities or services, having started off in the field (hands on work experience in field operation) and then progressed into management/leadership roles.

Must come from an Oilfield services background. Not from E&P/Production companies.

Previous work experience in Nigeria (or as a minimum must have worked in West Africa before).

Good client/customer relations and communication skills.

Degree education in Mechanical Engineering or another Engineering discipline as is relevant.

Remuneration:
