We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Content Writer proficient in both English and Arabic to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling, SEO-optimized content and possess the capability to translate and compose company policies with accuracy and precision. Preference will be given to candidates with additional language proficiencies.

**Responsibilities:**

* Compose, translate, and localize company policies and other formal documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness in both English and Arabic.
* Develop SEO-optimized blog posts and articles tailored for bilingual audiences, ensuring they are informative, engaging, and aligned with the organization’s brand identity.
* Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to maximize organic traffic and search engine rankings.
* Maintain awareness of current industry trends and contribute innovative content ideas for diverse projects.
* Ensure all content adheres to established industry and organizational standards, including compliance with relevant legal and ethical guidelines.
* Proofread, edit, and refine content to uphold high standards of grammar, accuracy, and consistency.
* Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies to improve engagement.

**Requirements:**

* Demonstrable experience in content writing, translation, and policy writing, with a portfolio showcasing work in both English and Arabic.
* Ability to translate and compose formal documentation, such as company policies, terms and conditions, and contracts.
* Comprehensive understanding of SEO principles and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or HubSpot.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Translation, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
* Additional language proficiency is considered an asset.
